String short, since I tied it around the horn instead of carrying by the plug, which might come out if snagged, spilling powder. Powder would not go in, so blew air into horn and found the base was not sealed. Drilled out pins, sealed base and nailed it back together. Shavings from drilling the tip hole were blocking the powder from entering, so cleaned them out when base was off. Great price, you just need to work on it a bit to make it a real powder horn. Fast shipping. Affordable price.
