The first shipment of this item was incomplete without the mounting bracket. Once the mounting bracket was received and I began to use the safe, found that the biometric fingerprint system would not hold memory for more than a week, and thus would not open when needed. This is useless in the case of an emergency and the seller will not respond to my inquiries. Do not buy from this seller!
