Item description from the sellerItem description from the seller
This is my new reproduction of the early style Kerr No-Buckl sling as used on the M1903 Springfield Rifle, Trench Gun, and early models of the Thompson. This one measures 14" on the short side and 46" on the longer side. The vintage photo shows a group of US Marines (note trousers and leggings, not Army breeches and puttees) with Kerr slings on their Springfields. This sling is made with all brass fittings, and stamped with the original markings. Long version of the Kerr sling for the M1917 Enfield is now available on a different ebay auction. Check my other listings. As usual, I guarantee satisfaction.
