Unkinown if this is a WWII item or post WWII era, or if this was a Tanker Holster.MARKINGS: back reads "U.S. Enger-Kress" front reads "US" and the number "8" on the front top strap. CONDITION: Leather is soft and flexable, all snaps work well, has the remains of what looks likea small square mark on back. Use your ZOOM or GALLERY to view condition close up.Looks to have been used and maybe in just shy of good condition, but I am not a grader of leather items.Has scratches, dirt marks, stains, spots. Shows signs of wear.
