Very rare original oil painting by actor Lee Lasses White, Jimmy Wakely sidekick in several of his B Western Movies in the early 1940's. Painting is not damaged in any way, canvas is all in tact, frame is old but shows lots of character for a piece 60+ years old. This is a very nice looking piece of art from a cowboy actor and musician. This is a ORIGINAL oil painting that Lee Lasses White gave to Jimmy Wakely it had to be before 1949 because that when he passed away, most likely before 1947 because that is when they parted ways in Hollywood, not sure how many painting White produced, this just very well could be one of a few paintings this talented entertainer ever painted.
