Domestic parcels no longer require a signature on delivery and will be left at your premises if safe to do so.
We recommend sending your order to your workplace, post office box or parcel locker if you will not be home during the day to avoid delays receiving your order.
If sending to your work place, please ensure to include the company name and any pertinent delivery notesin your shipping address or order comments.
If you do not wish for your parcel to be left, please send us a message after purchase and we will arrange for your parcel will be taken to the nearest post office for collection if you are not at home when delivery is attempted.

- Order Collection from our Hamilton warehouse in Brisbane, QLD (within one hour during our business hours)
TRANSIT TIMES WITHIN AUSTRALIA
All parcels and letters (excluding shoes) are sent from Hamilton, Brisbane in Queensland, Australia (4007 post code).
Standard service items (letters) are usually delivered within two to six business days but can be longer during busy periods. Standard letters do not provide online tracking so please upgrade to Registered Post if you'd like to track your order.
If you require your item urgently, we recommend using Express Post for customers within the Australia Post Next Day Delivery Network. Next Day Network postcodes are noted in the table below.

The transit times stated below are estimates only and are subject to carrier delays.

ONLINE ORDER TRACKING
All domestic Road and Express e-Parcels, Couriers Please parcels,International Express and International Standard parcels are automatically signed up to receiveemail notifications from Australia Post or Couriers Please regarding the progress of their delivery.
If your order has been sent via an Australia PostPrepaid satchel, we're not able to sign you up for email notifications soplease enter your tracking number on the Australia Post 'My Post' website to enable emails regarding your delivery.
These services can also be tracked on the Australia Postweb site or Couriers Please web site allowing you to view details of your parcel's transit and delivery events. To obtain your tracking number, please visit the 'Purchases' section of My .
Please note, parcels are despatched every weekday (excluding public holidays) and once they are in transit, you will usually not see a further scan until the parcel is received into your local delivery centre. The last transit event scan does not indicate your parcel's current location.
SAME DAY DESPATCH
Orders are despatched on the same day if placed before 2pm (Brisbane Time, AEST) Monday to Friday (excludes shoes despatched by distributors).
Items purchased after this time on weekdays, at weekends or on public holidays will be posted on the next business day.
Undeliverable Australia Post parcels will be taken to the nearest post office for collection. You will receive an email or card in your letterbox notifying you in this case.
Couriers Please will leave a card and notify you of the delivery attempt via email.
COLLECTING OR RETURNING YOUR ORDER IN PERSON (Brisbane)
Orders can be collected from our warehouse in Hamilton, Brisbane between 8:30am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday.
Please select 'Local Pick Up' as your postage method during checkout. Orders are usually available to be collected within one hour.
Once your order is processed and ready to be collected, we will email you our address details.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not have a physical store.
All parcels are despatched from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

STANDARD SERVICE (AIRMAIL LETTER) TRANSIT TIMES
Please be aware items posted as a standard letter usually take longer to arrive than the time advised by . Transit times advised by are an estimate only and are the best case scenario. Some locations may take up to a month to arrive with items travelling to CANADA and RUSSIA sometimes taking up to six weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing. We have no control over how long an item will take to arrive once posted. Registered Post is available during checkout if you wish to track your item and possibly receive it sooner.
PARCEL SERVICE TRANSIT TIMES
Once your item has been despatched, the delivery time is out of our control and international transit times can be unpredictable.
Estimated delivery dates as advised on any site are an estimate only and are usually the best case senario.
Parcels can be delayed due to several factors such as transit delays, customs clearance delays, public holidays, postal strikes and natural disasters. Please take this into account especially from October to December.
Parcel transit times are estimates only and are subject to international carrier delays. Time frame excludes customs processing times.
All additional customs charges must be paid by the buyer. These fees are not included in the purchase price. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country and the goods will not be released until these charges are paid in full. Each country sets different fees and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
We understand that buying goods online, especially clothing can be risky and expectations are sometimes not met.We hope you are delighted with your purchase but if you are not, no problem.
Items may returned for a refund, exchange or store credit within thirty days of delivery.
Returns are subject to the item(s) being returned to us for processing and are usually processed on the same day they are received.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If you have furry friends at home, please ensure your returned garment is COMPLETELY FREE OF PET HAIR
1. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs (excluding faulty items).
2. Goods must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached (where appropriate).
Goods received in an unsaleable condition i.e. showing any signs of wear whatsoever, covered in pet hair or with a distinct smell will be rejected and returned.
4. The refund amount will be via the original payment method and for the cost of the goods only.
5. Exchanges can only be held for fourteen days.
Please complete the supplied Return Request form (located on the back of your tax invoice) so we can process your return as quickly as possible.

2. Pack your item(s) and Return Request form and post to our address noted above. Don't forget to keep your tracking number.
If you are located outside of Australia, please re-purchase and send your original item back for a refund.
The easiest and fastest way to exchange your item is to place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

You will need to cover the return postage from us to you. Please either include a pre-paid Australia Post satchel or tick the box on the form asking us to charge you for the return postage.
If you wish to have your item sent back to you via Express Post, please include a pre-paid Express Post satchel with your return.
