Shiloh Cecil Phillips 13.5 , with latigos,stirrups and back cinch. I think it rides more like a 13 but you be the judge from the pictures! Good solid saddle that fits everything I have ever put it on. There is a small pin hole in the seat. No other damage and it’s ready to go. These saddles are super hard to find!
