744 Pages Plus 2. Fair condition, overall a great book. Scarce book with historical significance in the old west. This book shows age and wear consistent with use. Bound in contemporary full sheep leather. Leather is dry with staining and imperfections. Scrapping and peeling of leather on exterior. Nameplate has began to peel off on one side. Extremities worn. Heavy age staining, on the inside first 3 pages and inside cover. In addition to the last 3 pages including the inside cover. Overall, clean copy on inside. Backside inner cover is marked on in pencil on the upper left. Please see image. Spine is beginning to separate at the front inside cover. Corners Corners show heavy wear. Still pretty solid. No funky smell. Leather cover shows staining with heavy wear, scratches, discoloration and scuffs.
