Original Vintage 1930s-40s Black Leather Police Clamshell Holster and Belt Set For Sale

An original, complete black leather Police clamshell holster for a revolver pistol with accompanying black leather belt. Probably 1930s or 1940s era, these were purchased together at an estate sale. There is a fair amount of external wear and surface scratching, but the holster still functions perfectly as designed. The hinged panel opens quickly and smoothly, and locks securely into place. The chrome-plated swivel moves freely. Belt that came with it is still completely intact, although the interior leather lining has some stitching that has pulled loose. Belt is fully adjustable and measures about 45 inches in length, total. Great example of this style holster for the vintage police equipment and gear collector.
