Dan Muller- Indian brave warrior horse western For Sale

Dan Muller aka Daniel Cody Muller (1889–1976), cowboy, artist, illustrator and writer of the American West.

Writing of the recently acquired Binson Western Art Collection, one of the largest in the country, the Cheyenne Frontier Days™ Old West Museum stated: "The Museum is delighted to receive this vast collection of art which includes oil, water color, pastel, sculptures, pencil, lithographs; these are just some of the mediums represented. The collection includes works from some of America’s greatest western artists such as Fredric Remington, Dan Muller..."

The painting offered for sale was purchased from a collection which hung in the famous Yellowstone Club (http://www.yellowstoneclub.com/) after the club declared bankruptcy from which they have now apparentlyrecovered. This painting would have been viewed by many of the rich and famous who have been members, investors or guests at Yellowstone.

The painting was saleed as part of an attempt to settle a claim made against Yellowstone Club owner Edra Blixseth.

A fine example of early 20th century Western Art. The painting dates from mid 1920's to mid 1930's.
