Description: This great cowboy saddle and matching breast collar was custom made for the well-known cowboy artist, Bill Owen (1942-2013). This saddle is heavy duty and has beautifulleather tooling and was handmade to last! It was ridden by Bill for a number of years and you can see this very saddle in numerous photos of Bill, in articles for magazines such as the Western Horseman and friends of his have mentioned him riding it on several famous ranches around the West as he got inspiration for his great art! We have copies of a couple photos of Bill with this saddle and a letterfromthe makerstating he made it for Bill.
