VERY FRAGILE!  Letter has been partially affixed to another piece of paper by a previous owner.  Severe edge ware.  Corners have severe rounding and crushing. Aside from the corners, there are other creases and heavy/severe folds. Paper separation along the heavy folds. Heavy tearing. Staining is heavy. Darkening is heavy.
