RETURN
POLICY: Items
must be returned in the condition that they were received in
within 15 days of receipt to receive a replacement or refund.
If the customer plans to return the item regardless of
the reason, they must
notify the Shoot! Mercantile at 1-800-342-0904 (208-368-9920
outside the
US
) or orders@shootmercantile.com
within 72 hours, the
customer must include a
letter with the returned product stating the reason for the
return, and the customer must provide assistance with filing
a claim if necessary. Delivery
times are approximate; the Shoot! Mercantile is not responsible
for delays in shipping. The Shoot! Mercantile and
its Vendors reserve the right to refuse returns on any
custom-made item, provided that there wasn't a mistake in
fulfilling the order or damage caused in the shipping
process.
If
there is a problem with the product or order*: 1.
The customer can return the product to the Vendor and they
will replace the product and will cover all shipping charges
related to the return and the replacement of the product (please
send the Shoot! Mercantile receipt of charges for shipping the
product back to Vendor for reimbursement). 2.
The customer can return the product to the Vendor and will
be credited the purchase price plus the original S/H charges, in
addition to shipping charges to return the item to the Vendor
(please send the Shoot! Mercantile receipt of charges for
shipping the product back to Vendor for reimbursement).
If
there is no problem with the product or order*: 1.
The customer can return the product to the Vendor, and will be
credited the purchase price of the product (no credit of the
original S/H charges or the shipping charges to return the
product to the Vendor will be given).
2. The
customer can return the product to the Vendor and they will
replace the product for an item of equal or lesser value.
Customer will pay S/H charges for replaced product (no
credit of the original S/H charges or the shipping charges to
return the product to the Vendor will be given).

Problems with order/product consist of receiving the incorrect product (wrong
size, color, etc. than what customer ordered), or receiving a damaged or
defective product. Problems with
order/product do not consist of delays
in shipping/receiving the item, or a mistake made by customer when ordering the
product.
