Club Officers: The club’s officers are appointed by SMC and consist of an Executive Director, Operations Manager, Treasurer, and Secretary.  They are entrusted with the legal and fair operation of the club while meeting the goals and objectives SMC and the Club’s management have developed.  Please feel free to call upon them at any time with questions and suggestions.   

Advisory Committee: There is an Advisory Committee that is composed of club members that volunteer their services.  They should conduct regular meetings.  Recommendations should be written with committee voting numbers included and should be addressed to the executive Director and SMC.  Their objective is to review and discuss the events the club puts on, how they are operated, membership interests, and provide suggestions for improvement.  Please feel free to call upon them at any time with ideas you would like discussed by, or addressed by, the committee and the club.
