If you will be listing your firearm(s) on the Cowboy Gun Barn, please print this page for future reference.

NOTE: That by Federal Law, firearms can ONLY be shipped to an FFL Holder. If you do not have an FFL, you must make arrangements with an FFL Holder in your state to handle the transfer. All Federal and State laws involving the sale of firearms MUST be strictly adhered to and are the responsibility of both the seller and the buyer.  By using this service you are acknowledging that you will comply fully with all such laws and regulations.  The individual placing an advertisement of a firearm for sale warrants that the information that they provide is true and accurate to the best of their knowledge.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR LISTING YOUR FIREARM ON THE COWBOY GUN BARN:

You will need to fill out the information at the Cowboy Gun Barn page on the Shoot! Mercantile, add this to your shopping cart, and pay by credit card.  The information you fill out includes the following:

1. Title: Enter the make/model of the firearm.  For example, Colt Lightning Rifle or Winchester 1886. 

2. Contact Name(s): List the name(s) of the person(s) that should be contacted about the firearm for sale.

3. Contact phone and/or e-mail: List either the contact phone number, e-mail address (please type this carefully), or both.

4. Price: List the amount that you are asking for your firearm.

5. Shipping/Insurance: List the amount that you will be charging for Shipping and Insurance.

Once you have filled out this information and paid for the listing with your credit card through the Shoot! Mercantile, please E-MAIL THE IMAGE & DESCRIPTION OF YOUR FIREARM TO gunbarn@shootmagazine.com. 

 - Image: Must be in jpg format and no larger than 50KB.

 - Description: The description of the firearm you are selling should include the caliber, condition, barrel, etc., as well as any special features that you would like to include.  It must be 30 words or less (We recommended that you type the description in a text-editing program, such as Microsoft Word, check your word count and spelling, and then copy and paste it into the e-mail).

You will be charged $15.00 for the first month your listing runs and $10.00 for each month thereafter.
Your listing will appear within 5-7 business days on the Cowboy Gun Barn.

All sales and transfers are completed through the BUYER and the SELLER. The Seller is responsible for ensuring firearms transfers are undertaken according to BATF Regulations.
